This Agreement specifies the rights and obligations of Mr.Menu and users regarding the "Mr.Menu" service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). Mr.Menu may update this Agreement at any time, and once the updated terms of the Agreement are announced, they will replace the original terms of the Agreement without further notice. Users can check the latest version of the Agreement in the Mr.Menu app. After modifying the terms of the Agreement, if the user does not accept the modified terms, please stop using the services provided by Mr.Menu immediately. Continuing to use the services provided by Mr.Menu after the modification will be deemed as acceptance of the modified Agreement.
1. Users need to register a "Mr.Menu" account before using this service. "Mr.Menu" accounts should be registered with an email address that is not already bound to a "Mr.Menu" account and has not been banned by Mr.Menu according to this Agreement. Mr.Menu may change the account registration and binding methods according to user needs or product requirements without prior notice to users.
2. If the registration applicant has a precedent for being banned by Mr.Menu or is suspected of false registration and using someone else's name to register, or for other reasons that cannot be approved, Mr.Menu will reject the registration application.
3. Due to the binding registration method of the "Mr.Menu" account, you agree that Mr.Menu will allow the use of your mobile device's identification code and other information for registration.
4. When users register and use this service, Mr.Menu needs to collect personal information that can identify the user's identity for the purpose of contacting the user when necessary or providing a better user experience. The information collected by Mr.Menu includes but is not limited to the user's name and address. Mr.Menu agrees that the use of this information will be subject to the constraints of the third article on the protection of personal privacy information of the user.
5. You can cancel your account through the following path: App: "My" - "Settings" - "Cancel Account." After you cancel your account, we will no longer collect, use, or share personal information related to that account. However, we still need to retain information in accordance with regulatory requirements or mandatory administrative or judicial procedures, and the relevant competent authorities still have the right to query the information in accordance with the law during the legally required retention period.
1. Once the user registers successfully and becomes a Mr.Menu user, they will have a username and password and have the right to log in to Mr.Menu at any time using their username and password.
2. The user is fully responsible for the security of their username and password and is fully responsible for all activities and events carried out with their username.

At the same time, the user also has an obligation to promptly update the relevant registration information when it changes in reality.
3. The user may not create, upload, copy, publish, transmit, or disseminate any content during the use of Mr.Menu, including but not limited to registration information and certification materials such as account avatars, names, and user profiles, or text, voice, images, videos, graphic and text, etc., generated during the use of the account or this service. This content must not violate relevant national laws and regulations, including but not limited to the following principles:
1. Mr.Menu is a Chinese overseas travel and lifestyle service app dedicated to Chinese outbound travelers provided by Beijing Chanmiao Network Technology Co., Ltd. It aims to help users efficiently select restaurants, order meals without barriers, understand diverse culinary cultures and etiquette, and share instant travel life reviews. Specific service content is provided based on actual circumstances, including but not limited to:
1. Mr.Menu has the right to terminate the provision of services to users under the following circumstances:
1. Due to the particularity of network services, users need to agree that Mr.Menu may change, interrupt, or delete (no longer save) some or all of the network services, and any materials submitted by users during use without notifying users, and without being liable to any user or third party.
2. Mr.Menu needs to regularly or irregularly inspect or update the platform that provides network services. If network services are interrupted within a reasonable time due to such circumstances, Mr.Menu is not responsible for any such interruptions.
1. Mr.Menu has the right to modify any content of this service agreement at any time. Once any content of this service agreement changes, Mr.Menu will prompt the user with the modified content in an appropriate way.
2. If the user does not agree to the modifications made by Mr.Menu to this service agreement, the user has the right to stop using the network service.
3. If the user continues to use the network service, it will be deemed that the user accepts the modifications made by Mr.Menu to this service agreement.
1. If Mr.Menu has already indicated that its service delivery method has changed and reminds the user of the matters to be paid attention to, any consequences arising from the user's failure to operate as required shall be borne by the user.
2. The user explicitly agrees that the risk of using Mr.Menu will be entirely borne by the user themselves, and all consequences arising from their use of Mr.Menu will also be borne by the user themselves.
3. The user agrees to safeguard and maintain the interests of Mr.Menu and other users. If the user's actions during the use of Mr.Menu violate laws, are not true, are unfair, or infringe on the legal rights and interests of third parties, and cause losses to Mr.Menu and any other third party, the user agrees to bear the liability for damages caused by this.

1. Mr.Menu solemnly reminds users to pay attention to the clauses in this Agreement that exempt Mr.Menu from liability and restrict user rights. Users should carefully read and consider the risks on their own. Minors should read this Agreement with the accompaniment of their legal guardians.
2. The effectiveness, interpretation, and resolution of disputes of this Agreement apply to the laws of the People's Republic of China. If there is any dispute or disagreement between the user and Mr.Menu, it should be resolved amicably first. If negotiation fails, the user agrees to submit the dispute or disagreement to the People's Court with jurisdiction over the residence of Mr.Menu for resolution.
3. Any clause of this Agreement, regardless of the reason for its invalidity or unenforceability, will not affect the validity of the remaining clauses, which will still be binding on both parties.
4. The final interpretation of this Agreement belongs to Mr.Menu Limited, and the right to explain and modify all terms is reserved.
