Please read it carefully and choose to accept or reject this Agreement. You must agree and click to confirm the terms of this Agreement and complete the login to become an official user of this product and enjoy various services of the product. Your registration, login, and usage activities will be regarded as an acceptance of this Agreement, and you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with this Agreement or have any questions about the terms within this Agreement, please immediately cease your actions and choose not to use this website's services.

This Agreement defines the rights and obligations between the Company and the user for the services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided by this product.
"User" refers to individuals or entities that register, log in, and use this service. This Agreement may be updated by the Company at any time, and once the updated terms of the Agreement are published, they will replace the original terms of the Agreement without further notice. Users can view the latest version of the Agreement terms within the product.
After modifying the terms of the Agreement, if a user does not accept the modified terms, they should immediately stop using the services provided by this product. Continuing to use the services provided by this product will be considered an acceptance of the modified Agreement.

1. Users are required to register an account before using this service. Accounts should be registered using an email address that has not been linked to this product and has not been banned by the company according to the agreement. The company may change the methods of account registration and linking according to user needs or product requirements without prior notice to the users.

2. If an applicant for registration has a prior record of being banned by the company or is suspected of false registration, impersonation, or other unauthorized reasons, the company will reject their registration request.

1. Once a user successfully registers and becomes a user of this product, they will receive a username and password and have the right to log in at any time using their username and password.

2. Users are fully responsible for the security of their username and password and for all activities and events carried out under their username.

3. Users may not transfer or authorize others to use their username in any form.

4. Users must keep their password secure and must not disclose their password to others. Any losses resulting from improper password protection will be borne by the user.

5. If a user leaks their password, it may lead to adverse legal consequences. Therefore, in the event of any threat to the security of a user's password, for any reason, they should immediately contact the company's customer service personnel. Otherwise, they will be responsible for the consequences.

1. Users represent that they are legally capable individuals with the ability to engage in transactions and fulfill their obligations.

2. Users have the obligation to provide their true information at the time of registration, and ensure the validity and security of details such as their phone number, name, and location. Users guarantee that company personnel can contact them using the provided contact information. Additionally, users are obliged to promptly update their registration information in case of any actual changes.

3. Users agree that any content they create, upload, copy, publish, transmit, or disseminate during the use of this product, including but not limited to account avatars, names, user descriptions, registration information, and authentication materials, as well as text, voice, images, videos, multimedia content, replies, and related link pages, and any other content generated through the use of their account or this service, shall not violate the relevant national legal systems, including but not limited to the following principles:
(1) Violating the fundamental principles as defined in the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
(3) Harming the honor and interests of the nation;
(4) Inciting ethnic hatred, discrimination, or disrupting national unity;
(5) Disrupting state religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
(6) Spreading rumors, disturbing public order, or undermining social stability;
(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, or inciting criminal activities;
(8) Insulting or defaming others, infringing on their legitimate rights and interests;
(9) Containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

4. Users may not use their accounts in this product or this service to create, upload, copy, publish, transmit, or disseminate content that disrupts the normal operation of this product and infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties, including but not limited to content that:
(1) Contains sexual or suggestive content;
(2) Contains insults, threats, or intimidation;
(3) Contains harassment, spam, malicious messages, or deceptive information;
(4) Involves others' privacy, personal information, or data;
(5) Violates others' rights to reputation, likeness, intellectual property, trade secrets, and other legal rights;
(6) Contains other information that disrupts the normal operation of this service and infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.

1. The content of services provided by this product is based on the actual circumstances and includes, but is not limited to:
(1) Order verification services
(2) Order inquiry and modification services

2. This product reserves the right to review or delete content posted or disseminated by users that is suspected of being illegal or violating socialist core values or is deemed inappropriate by this product. This content includes but is not limited to text, voice, images, videos, multimedia, and other forms of content.

3. All notices and other messages sent to users can be delivered through this product or the contact information provided by the user.

1. In the following cases, the company has the right to terminate the provision of services to users:
(1) The company has the right to terminate the provision of services to a user if the user violates the relevant provisions of this Service Agreement. If the user registers as a user directly, indirectly, or on behalf of someone else, once discovered, the company has the right to unilaterally terminate the provision of services to that user.
(2) If, when the company attempts to contact the user using the contact information provided by the user, it is found that the contact information provided during registration no longer exists or is unreachable, the company will notify the user to update their contact information using other means. If the user does not provide new contact information within three working days, the company has the right to terminate the provision of services to that user.
(3) Users are not allowed to artificially increase traffic or engage in cheating using programs. If cheating behavior is discovered, the company will immediately terminate the service and may withhold the account's balance.
(4) If false information is found in the data or information provided by the user, the company has the right to terminate the provision of services to the user at any time.
(5) When the service terms are terminated or updated, and the user explicitly refuses to accept the new service terms.
(6) In other situations where the company deems it necessary to terminate the service.

2. After the termination of services, the company is not obligated to retain any information in the user's original account or any information related to it, nor to forward any unread or unsent information to the user or a third party.

3. Users understand and agree that even after the termination of this agreement and the termination of the user's service, the company still has the right to:
(1) Continue to retain the user's information.
(2) Continue to hold the user accountable for any violations of laws, regulations, this agreement, and platform rules that occurred during the user's use of this product's services.

1. Due to the nature of online services, users must agree that this product may change, interrupt, or delete (no longer retain) part or all of the online services, as well as any information submitted by users during the use of the service, without notifying users, and without assuming any responsibility to any user or any third party.

2. This product needs to periodically or irregularly check or update the platform that provides online services. If such actions result in the interruption of online services for a reasonable period, the company is not obliged to assume any responsibility for this.

1. The company has the right to modify any content of these service terms at any time. Once any content of these service terms is changed, the company will notify users of the modifications through appropriate means.

2. If a user disagrees with the modifications made by the company to these service terms, the user has the right to discontinue using the online services.

3. If a user continues to use the online services, it is considered that the user accepts the modifications made by the company to these service terms.

1. If this product has explicitly indicated changes in its service delivery methods and provided reminders of matters to be noted, the user shall bear all consequences resulting from failure to follow the required procedures.

2. The user expressly agrees that they will bear all the risks associated with their use of this product, and all consequences arising from their use of this product will also be their own responsibility.

3. The user agrees to safeguard and protect the interests of this product and other users. In cases where the user's actions in using this product are unlawful, false, improper, or infringe upon the legitimate rights of third parties, or the user violates any terms under this agreement, resulting in losses to the company or any other third party, the user agrees to assume the responsibility for damages caused by such actions.

1. Scope of Application:
(1) Personal registration information provided by the user when registering for an account on this product.
(2) Data automatically received and recorded by this product from the user's browser, including but not limited to IP addresses and webpage records requested by the user when using this product or visiting related web pages.

2. Use of Information:
(1) The company will not sell or lend the user's personal information to anyone without the user's permission.
(2) The company does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell, or transmit the user's personal information by any means. If any user engages in such activities, upon discovery, the company has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with that user and freeze their account.
(3) To provide services to users, this product may use the user's personal information to offer services, including but not limited to sending the user product and service information or sharing information with this product's partners to send users information about their products and services.

3. Information Disclosure: The user's personal information may be partially or fully disclosed in the following situations:
(1) With the user's consent, it may be disclosed to third parties.
(2) In accordance with relevant legal requirements, or at the request of administrative or judicial authorities, it may be disclosed to third parties or administrative and judicial authorities.
(3) If the user violates relevant Chinese laws or website policies, disclosure to third parties may be necessary.
(4) To provide the products and services requested by the user, it may be necessary to share the user's personal information with third parties.
(5) Other disclosures that the company deems appropriate in accordance with the law or website policies.
(6) When using bank account information provided by this product, the company will strictly adhere to confidentiality agreements.

1. The company solemnly reminds users to pay attention to the clauses in this agreement that exempt the company from liability and limit user rights. Users should read them carefully and assess the risks independently. Minors should read this agreement under the supervision of their legal guardians.

2. The validity, interpretation, and resolution of disputes of this agreement are subject to the laws of the country to which the company belongs. In the event of any disputes or disagreements between the user and the company, they should first seek an amicable resolution. If negotiations fail, the user agrees to submit the dispute or disagreement to the people's court with jurisdiction over the company's domicile.

3. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect and binding on both parties.

4. The ultimate interpretation of this agreement belongs to the company, which also retains the right to interpret and modify it.

5. This agreement takes effect from November 1, 2023.
